Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, improve performance, and provide information to site owners. Kommissions uses cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage and sessionStorage) to operate the platform securely and to remember your preferences.

How we use cookies

Kommissions uses cookies in the following categories:

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the platform to function. Without them, services you have asked for - such as signing in or staying signed in - cannot be provided. They cannot be disabled in our systems.

Cookie / Key Purpose Duration
sb-ypkdskxxplgcfknzrfxb-auth-token Supabase authentication session. Keeps you signed in to your Kommissions workspace. Session / up to 1 hour (refreshed automatically)
sb-ypkdskxxplgcfknzrfxb-auth-token-code-verifier PKCE code verifier used during OAuth sign-in flows to prevent CSRF attacks. Session
ciq_workspace_id (localStorage) Remembers which workspace you last used so you are returned to the correct context on next sign-in. Persistent (until cleared)
ciq_theme (localStorage) Remembers your dark mode / light mode preference. Persistent (until cleared)

Functional cookies

These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages.

Cookie / Key Purpose Duration
Google Fonts Our marketing site loads Inter from Google Fonts. Google may set cookies or collect IP and browser data in connection with this request. See Google's privacy policy for details. Google-controlled

Analytics cookies

We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) on the Kommissions platform. If we introduce analytics tracking in the future, this policy will be updated and users will be notified.

Advertising cookies

Kommissions does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • See which cookies are set and delete them individually
  • Block third-party cookies
  • Block all cookies (note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in from working)
  • Clear all cookies when you close your browser

For instructions specific to your browser, visit its help documentation. Common links:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

You can also clear localStorage values through your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage).

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Kommissions does not currently change its data collection practices based on DNT signals, as there is no universal standard for how platforms should respond. If a standard is adopted, we will re-evaluate this position.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
